Anonymous by default: First name & last Initial is all we ask, and you can make it up if you want. Anonymity is a core tenet of connected recovery.
Free is free: We are fully transparent about what is free, what is paid, and the payment terms. We want this app to help anyone who needs it. We want you to progress in your recovery more than we want your money. A percentage of every incoming dollar will go to non-profit 12-step recovery programs.
Connection is the opposite of addiction: We point you towards connecting with others. Next Right Step does not replace meetings, therapy, your sponsor, or other human beings.
We listen and respond: Want to see a new feature? Is something not working as you would have expected? We will have an open, anonymous forum where you can submit your feedback and see what others have to say. We promise to do our best to respond to every message with what we plan to do, what we don’t plan to do, and why.
